Introduction
I started my journey in technology through software engineering and gradually evolved into engineering leadership, organizational development, product strategy, and technology operations.
In 2009, I founded Fronture Technologies with the vision of building a globally capable software engineering organization from Bangladesh. Over the years, the company has evolved into a long-term engineering and technology partner serving clients across the USA, Ireland, and Japan.
Today, my work spans software engineering, SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, AI-enabled systems, digital transformation, and organizational growth.
Alongside engineering services, I am also focused on SaaS and product initiatives through Quickly Services, building operational software platforms for retail, restaurant, and business ecosystems.
I remain deeply interested in engineering culture, scalable systems, practical AI adoption, and the long-term growth of Bangladesh's technology ecosystem.
About
My journey in technology started with curiosity around software engineering and problem solving. Over time, that curiosity expanded beyond writing software into understanding the larger systems surrounding technology — people, processes, scalability, operational discipline, product strategy, and sustainable organizational growth.
In 2009, I founded Fronture Technologies with a vision to build a globally capable software engineering company from Bangladesh. At the time, building long-term international engineering partnerships from Bangladesh was significantly more challenging than it is today. The journey required persistence, adaptability, continuous learning, and a strong focus on engineering quality.
What started as a small initiative gradually evolved into a long-term engineering organization working with clients across the USA, Ireland, and Japan. Over the years, I have worked across software architecture, engineering leadership, offshore delivery management, cloud systems, DevOps, product planning, recruitment, organizational development, and operational strategy.
Today, my work spans:
